बुखार होने पर घरेलु उपचार
Bukhar hone par kuch gharelu upchar try kar sakte hain:
1. Pani: Aapko bukhar mein dehydration ka khatra hota hai, isliye regular interval par pani piyein.
2. Adrak ka kadha: Adrak ka kadha bukhar ko kam karne mein madad karta hai. Adrak ko koot kar pani mein ubalein aur thoda shahad aur nimbu ka ras mila kar piyein.
3. Tulsi: Tulsi ki pattiyo ka sevan bhi bukhar ko kam karne mein sahayak ho sakta hai.
4. Aaram: Vishram lena bhi bukhar ko dur karne mein madadgar hai. Jyada se jyada aaram karein.
5. Nimbu pani: Nimbu pani bukhar ko kam karne mein madad karta hai aur electrolyte balance ko bhi maintain karta hai.
Agar bukhar jyada hai ya samay ke saath badh raha hai, to kisi doctor se consult karna uchit hoga.
Bukhar ka karan alag-alag ho sakta hai, jaise:
